Free 30-day returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are completely free — we'll send you a prepaid label.
How to start a return
- Log in to your account and go to Order History.
- Select the order and the item(s) you want to return.
- Choose your reason and confirm.
- Download your free prepaid return label.
- Drop the parcel at any PostNet or PUDO locker.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you want.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
